Castration or execution.

I don't think castration works. I seem to remember some study about rapists or pedos still targeting their preferred victims post castration.

Execution would seem to be an effective solution. I guess lifelong prison sentences work too.

Given the scale of their problems over there, this was inescapable. Should also cut down on the sex tourism.
