This is an actual article from Redbook and was also covered on GoodHousekeeping.com.

Married couple agree to have an open marriage for a year.

This is actually the sub headline:
The results of the experiment were unexpected to say the least.
If you guessed that they would both sleep around, break every ground rule they set, still cheat, the marriage still wouldn't work after the year, they'd get divorced, and end up with other people then you are correct. So where in the fuck are these "unexpected results"?

For fun, let's take a quick peek at the mentality of the author:
She says that she finally reached a breaking point in her early thirties when she realized that despite years of pleading, Mansfield would never be willing to have a child with her.
Weird. You'd think a trivial little thing like that might be discussed prior to getting hitched.

She went on...
She wrote in The Wild Oats Project, "I refuse to go to my grave with no children and only four lovers ... If I can't have one, I must have the other."
She's damaged goods.
