Fans boo MLS players that take a knee during anthem.
"You can't even have support from your own fans in your own stadium," Cannon said. "It's baffling to me. "As a team we try to give the best possible product on the field, and these last six months have been absolute hell for us. Absolute hell."
Cannon needs some perspective.

USMNT is playing a friendly against Wales right now.

It's a bunch of kids I don't recognize at all and a bunch of them play for clubs like Barcelona now?

Helluva turnaround. Kids looking good too.

Wow - what team IS THIS?! Incredible pace and touch on the ball.

Wales missing some starters for sure, but we are missing our MLS players too! (lmao)

Bossing this game with no end product though.

I get it.

I like 6-3 football games.

Won 6-2 against panama today. Goals all over the place. With no Pulisic, and a majority of kids no older than 20. What a time to be alive.

McKennie already scored a tying goal this weekend. But this goal was just scored in the Champions league in a Ronaldo vs Messi game.

Saw an article last weekend about how well young Americans have been doing in Europe.

Maybe there's hope for us!

FIFA taking a big stand against "super leagues".

This reeks of those with the power and their buddies squashing anyone trying something new.

Feels more special every 4.

Has the US been eliminated from next year yet? :)

Looks like we haven't even played yet. A bunch of teams play a bunch of games to see who then plays the top 5 CONCACAF teams (Mexico, US, Hondura, Costa Rica, and Jamaica) for the 3.5 slots. Those games are September 21 through Mar 22, it appears. Interestingly, no longer a home-away set.

Won a barn burner in the first ever CONCACAF Nation League (whatever that is). Final was against our great arch rival, Mexico.

Highlights:

1) The kids proving they'll be all right

2) The Mexico fans tagging their own players in the head with bottles while trying to hit the Americans

e: Tho for #2, they did tag at least Gio Reyna pretty good with a Coke can
