What am I, a Viking?

Looking at me you'd probably say yes because I am rather physically impressive, but no, I am not of Norwegian stock.

Making mead is the easiest thing ever.
My friend Chris would make it. I wasn't a big fan of it, and didn't want to dedicate my equipment to such a long process.

From what I remember it went like this:

Sterilize a the primary fermentor (PVC bucket or large glass water bottle).
Pour in water.
Pour in honey.
Stir.
Pour in yeast.
Seal tub and place it in the basement.
Come back 10 (or so) months later and put it in a jug, or whatever else you want to serve it out of.

IMO it tastes like wine, and I don't like wine.
