Will that be fun though? I am interested to see what they come up with but whenever I play the game I am under no illusion that I am learning a skill or that I should be able to play an instrument because I am good at rock band(which I am not).
For me it is less dress up our avatars to look like Elton John and make dumb asses out of ourselves while singing. If it gets to hard I don't know if I will play it.

I want it to be fun, and to learn how to play. It would have more replay value to me.

What's Rock Band 4 going to do to up this? Let you plug in an actual guitar?

I wonder what that wireless peripheral will look like.

I'm interested. Keyboards have value.

Someone needs to add support for rhythm guitars. Priest don't sound right without two guitars.

That shit's really starting to cross the line. Why not just pick up actual instruments & learn to play?

Cuz this is more fun.

I have to agree.
You hear all these musicians bitching about it but the fact of the matter is for me it is much more fun to play Rainbow in the Dark on a fake guitar then Yankee Doodle Dandy on a real guitar.

Some of those songs are more playable in actually compared to getting through them on the expert difficulty level on Rock Band/Guitar Hero.

Admittedly, I don't play on expert much. I like the fact that there's a range, and hopefully the game would somewhat teach me the guitar basics, while being more fun than lessons.

Keyboard and new guitar reviewed.
Sound interesting. I'm hoping they're cheaper next year... and then... maybe.
