There are reports that conversations have taken place between WB and Disney about making a Marvel vs DC movie.

Basically, the common thread is James Gunn (Suicide Squad and Guardians of the Galaxy) and he's been opening talking about it and the conversations. I saw the interview where he admits it.

Nothing is on the table, but the fact that friendly conversations have taken place is pretty cool.

Victoria Alonso gone from Marvel.

TLDR:
-She famously said, "the name 'X-Men' isn't inclusive enough." FYI: The X-Men are the most diverse thing in all of comics.
-She oversaw all visual effects since 2021, but possibly as far back as 2015.
-No mention of why she left, but no "here's what job she took", so...

She has recanted.

She should face charges.

I am so glad you posted this response. I was wondering why they would refer to that show(?) and not all the Marvel stuff or Creed III. Got to always push "The Message".

Maybe people are just sick of superhero movies the same way they got sick of westerns.

Skybeam? Check! Faceless CGI Minion Army? Check! Post-credit teaser scene? Check!

I mean, of course Marvel can't stop making movies now, I get that. But the movies suck because TBH they ALWAYS SUCKED. Superheroes are fun but they're also a dumb concept that was already overdone and post-modernically savaged 40 years ago or more (thinking Watchmen).

The first Tobey Maguire Spiderman movie was fun and one of the first superhero movies to use good-enough CGI to blow away anything before.
The first X-Men movie: Hugh Jackman
The first Iron Man movie: RDJ

I quite frankly got tired of the MCU after Iron Man 2 or Thor. But it was fun and new enough that I managed to stick it out to Endgame. Which should have been the END. It was right there in the title and everything.

Mila Kunis in talks to play The Thing?

If Marvel goes this route, shut it all down. Feige would be intentionally sabotaging the IP at that point.
