i found a good way to get lots of Torgue tokens last night.. In the Torgue DLC if you go to Pyro Pete's there is a repeatable mission that lets you go in to the bar and kill tons of badasses, you just have to kill them in under 2 minutes which isn't that hard. The reward is 20 tokens and they drop about another 10 during the fight.

All Torgue vending machines have a legendary in them and i believe the most i've seen one go for is 600 tokens or so. You can build up gold, tokens, and XP pretty quickly this way, i went from level 39-42 in just under a half hour in doing this.

Once thing i have yet to find.. a Seraph crystal. i think you can get those in the first DLC but i have yet to run into a single one yet.

The vast majority of arena fights in the Torgue DLC are repeatable. Seraph crystals drop from "... the Invincible" raid bosses. Since we seem to lack the ability to organize a run at one of them, I guess we'll never see one up close...

If my wife weren't hot, I'd probably work more.

i'm curious what level characters everyone has as of right now, and any Oranges you may have.

I'm currently running with a level 45 Axton and i'm on the Bloodwing mission in TVHM. So about half way through the second playthrough. I'm trying to rush to level 50 cause thats when the Pearlescents start to drop.

I got a little bit of a lucky streak and got a few oranges once i got to level 40. One is a Hellfire SMG, i've got 2 orange shields, and 2 orange grenade mods.

So maybe we can get a group together sometime and try and farm some legendaries. And the new DLC comes out in 10 days so that could be fun too.

Level 50.5 Zer0. Everyone else is sub level 15. I've actually taken to selling my mid 40 oranges.

why sell the oranges? keep them for another character, or give them away. Money is worthless in this game if you ask me.

There's more where those come from.

Then i need to rush to get to 50.. i've been getting into Leisher's ear about playing some and he's been receptive but i don't know.

Maybe with Gordo being gone for a couple weeks we can get a night or two outta him and try for some pearls. He might need to be leveled up a bit, but if i recall he had a pretty high level Mechromancer last i knew.

He's got a L50 Axton & L50 mech, I thought.

I'd be up for any action. But my plan for more oranges is:

1) Progress in main story TVH mode until the quests start getting L50.
2) Finish up TORGUE DLC. Pop the vault, could be L50 oranges among the lot.
3) Finish up Hammerlock DLC (enemies are an absolute bitch).
4) Finish up B&B DLC (Tiny Tina).

I guess I'll hang onto spare oranges if you want them.

Having someone around besides a goliath berserker will make flanking so much easier.

Sounds like we've got Catt, Stranger, me on board. Maybe Leish? That's a party there. Although, you'd all be bringing pets, so I imagine that might make things easier.

Got 130 keys or something now, but the fivers always help. Mainly why I'm not too concerned about l33t l3wt anymore.

I have 79.

I loaded BL2 up last night, and left the pirate DLC, which had left me...annoyed with the game. I'm a bit lost, and will need a few hours to figure out what I'm carrying and why.

What's wrong with the Pirate DLC?

Nothing the first time through...

Then it basically resets, and it got annoying because it wasn't completely clear that it had reset. On top of that, the maps are sort of boring, and buried within each other so if you want to leave and go somewhere else quickly, you can't.

I love the BL world, and the Torque DLC is awesome, but this one just...I don't know.

I've launched BL2 two dozen times in the past few months, saw where I was, and just had zero desire left to play.

Last night I forced myself to get out and back to Sanctuary. Once there I opened my inventory and decided to call it a night and come back to it when I had the time and desire to go through that mess.
