You know, as men we're told we don't listen. It's so commonly repeated that it's a a stereotype. However, if women listened to men, the makeup industry would be crippled overnight.

Don't get me wrong, makeup has a place in the world. It's just way overused and its importance overblown.

Like Catt said though. They only work when far away. Where the optical illusion works. Up close, the illusion falls apart. You see different shadows, lighting shows up better, etc. They might get you to come over from across the room, but you'd have time, as you got closer, to divert and act like you were coming over for a different reason.

A couple drinks in and you might not see it too well. One drunken escapade later and you might be stuck for life.

It's not just makeup either. It's plastic surgery, push up bras, butt lifting whatever, wigs, and the list goes on.

Thankfully, at least one court agrees with me.
