Since ND lost to Georgia by 1 point at home and both got destroyed tonight. One by a team the committee didn't think highly of, Miami. I believe both should drop out of the top ten.

Yeah, UNDs hopes should be over now. Georgia might still have a prayer, but only a prayer.
Let's see if Trump gets any credit for saving their asses.
Although, it irritates me that this criminal behavior isn't getting any punishment. I hope college fans let them know throughout the season that they're scum.

Maybe kick them off the team for, you know, causing an international incident?

They've already missed a game while under house arrest, which I would bet you anything will be included in any punishment by the school.
But no way is UCLA going to kick three players off the team during the season.

What would be fair? I meant, at least 5 games. Too bad it's still November.

Expulsion and kicked off the team for being idiotic scum.

Rob Parker was on Cowherd today and said they should be expelled. I do agree. They embarrassed themselves, their families, their school, and their country. The level of ignorance and selfishness they displayed is hard to even imagine. This wasn't shoplifting beer at a convenience store (*cough*FabFive*cough*), this was shoplifting high end items from high end stores with tons of security while you're overseas representing your country and school.
Seriously, the level of stupidity is mind-boggling.
He de-committed from OSU after Matta was fired, but had already enrolled in classes over the summer. This was the right decision.

OSU @ 9... behind ND and UGA.
Bama, Clemson, Miami, OU... cannot argue at the moment.

Yeah, I have no issue with the current rankings. The committee is probably sweating things though.
What happens if Bama loses to Auburn, who then loses to Georgia, while Clemson beats Miami? Chaos. Throw in OU and the winner of the Big Ten and it's a nightmare scenario.
Again, resolve this all by going to 8 teams and calling it a day. All 5 power 5 winners are in, no more debate. Any undefeated Group of 5 team with a SoS over X is in, no more debate. An undefeated ND is automatically in. Now you've just got 1-3 slots to discuss and that can easily be resolved with some formula of SoS, conference rank, etc.
OSU needs help to get in, but the committee has clearly put them in position to do so.
-Bama plays Auburn and the winner plays Georgia, so two of those teams will have another or Bama's first loss. Obviously an undefeated Bama puts us at 7 as the other two would fall below us.
-Clemson and Miami have to play. A two loss Clemson drops below us. That would put us at 6.
-Beating Wisconsin puts us at 5. So we'd need one more person above us to stumble or just be moved behind us, something that happens often based on conference championships (Big Ten is rated the toughest by far), SoS, etc. That's why they tell us to not consider these rankings as a guide for the following week if everyone wins. Bama might be Armpit U by 50 at home, but Clemson might beat undefeated Miami by a field goal on the road. Obviously Clemson's win would be far more impressive.
-OU, I believe, has the easiest road and is in. If they stumble, the Big 12 is out. (And now that I think about it, they might play some bogus championship game this year. So they'd play OkSU or TCU again...? They don't want OkSU again.)
-ND still plays at Stanford and would be out with a loss, obviously. I'm not sure OSU wouldn't pass them anyway with a good showing against Wisconsin.
Obviously, I want OSU in, but I'm fine if they don't get in as I don't think this team is consistent enough to win it all. I saw a prediction that had us playing ND in the Cotton Bowl and I'd take that as I think we'd rout one dimensional ND.

Yeah, ND has no real up-potential, whereas OSU looking great to finish could move up, especially with Wisconsin.
Fuck that asshole. He was gifted a great program in Wisconsin, had Barry Alvarez recruiting for him and helping him coach, then he fucked over Alvarez for cash and had the nerve to bad mouth everyone on the way out.

UCLA chancellor Gene D. Block, while saying he was "grateful" the players were headed home, issued a statement Tuesday saying the school will look into the matter and decide what action will be taken. Ball, Riley, Hill, UCLA coach Steve Alford and Bruins athletic director Dan Guerrero will hold a news conference Wednesday.
They should be expelled, or kicked off the team. But I guaran-damn-tee you, they will not.

He is sooooooooooooo uncool.
Just walk away from the explosion. Don't look back! No, he has to and then walk back and let everyone know he did it.
As for those three UCLA players, the very least that would not make them look pathetic is to suspend them for the year from athletics. (I'd still let them go to school. They clearly need it.)
