In Ravenloft there are pastries made with children. When I say "with children", I mean they're an ingredient. Oh, and they get you high and addicted. A certain forum member didn't let that disturbing fact stop his interest in getting high off of them.

Anyway, that's why I wondered if that was a subtle joke about that. Because there has been no pie eating contest, and of the two potential sexual encounters we learned:
1. Troy doesn't want to portray a lady with even a passing interest in a male player.
2. Troy's wife is such an amazingly bad lesbian that it will kill the boners of other people in the room watching.

(That last sentence is fucking hilariously out of context, yet true.)

The pie eating contest, I figured was a simple play on the kid-pie thing. But I didn't see that as 'pedo'

I was actually referring to the object of Strahd's affection. Whatever her name is, I've completely forgotten it.

Arrigal definitely wants to look in the windmill. Party may want to discuss a bit on that one. Castle very possible. Night starting to fall in game time. 7p or so.

Update: The party wrecked the windmill - burned the motherfucker down. Slew Morgantha and her shadow dog. Broke the coven and badly wounded the two daughters.

Is officially inside the gates of Ravenloft castle. Will make level 6 next long rest.

I'll try to start on-time w/ Discord. The castle is enormously big, but there are some ways to abstract it.

Thoughts:

What does Strahd want? Why did he invite you to dinner?

Lots of plot hooks in the castle. Mostly through various NPCs. Getting any of them done may require splitting up, good opportunity to put those mirrors to use.

That's the bad thing about playing once a week with some weeks skipped. You forget about details, like mirrors.
