Your version of events is not how I remember things. I was gone irl during this dinner invite, and thus, needed to be filled in upon returning.

Zelda was the first to suggest Koban should have a problem with this plan. When Koban did ask questions about it, it was BeeDee who explained it and took all the credit with some details filled in by Szolzar(sp?). (Mordigan had left the room, irl.) Thus, Mordigan's involvement was never discussed until the end when it was implied it was his idea or something to that effect. That's when Koban wanted to clarify that it wasn't Mordigan's plan because if it was, he would not be going. (Because RPing...)

I did lose track of who was present and not present at times. That does sound accurate though.

BD blamed mordigan for the plan, to deflect guilt from himself. I was buzzing (sorry about that, but had to blow off a little steam yesterday), and dinner sounded like a good idea at the time...

The DM wants you to go, and Strahd too of course. The party can still do whatever they want though.

Metatron told BD that the "dungeon" was the fallen HQ of a knightly order. There was evil there, but good too, and a potential ally in the valley. But so far... just big ass spiders.

It's a large semi-ruined manor/keep on top of a hill. There was also a giant dragon shadow in the main hall before the spiders leapt out.

I regret not letting Drunk-Spider-Fight 2018 happen even for a bit, ya'll were on a roll.

Yes, i listen to the podcast and i also saw all the hate towards Matt. i'm listening to the current episode and yes one of the main characters dies.

i guess its the first character death in the two seasons the show has been running, and there were 157 episodes of season 1 at 3-4 hours an episode!!

I can't wait until our first death!... oh wait.. that was me.

I'm sure Troy will try and kill one of us off before stories end.. and i'm ok with that too.
