#2, #3, and #4 all lost. In addition, OSU now won't go to the conference championship unless Penn State loses one more game, yet they'll be #2 after this weekend.
This is going to get interesting.

Wow, fun day in football. Solid argument to be made that Louisville has "best loss" of 1 loss teams, but as it stands, would also be shut out of conf championship without Clemson losin again.
Funny that Pitt could beat PSU and Clemson, but get blown out by Miami. 3 other close losses for them, all against teams that are, or hve been ranked (UNC, Va Tech, Ok St)

The Buckeyes have a strong "best loss" too. They lost at PSU who is a top 10 team and has the inside track to play in the Big Ten championship game.

OSU lost to PSU. PSU lost to Pitt, and got DESTROYED by Mich, and beaten no one (other than OSU)
Louisville lost to Clemson. Clemson lost to Pitt, who beat PSU.
I'm picking Louisville.

Ohio State has a FAR better SOS, is in a higher ranked conference with 4 teams currently in the top ten, is ranked higher than Louisville, will have more victories over top ten teams, and most importantly, would sell more tickets and get a bigger rating.
No matter what, the committee has an issue on its hands now. What kind of weight do conference championships have now? If OSU wins out, do they get in over PSU if PSU wins the Big Ten? Do they get in over Wisconsin if Wisconsin beats PSU in the Big Ten title game? How do you put in Louisville, while defending champion, ACC champ, and team that beat Louisville gets into the playoffs?
It's a mess right now.

PSU is over-ranked. But we have a couple more weeks before panic sets in.

ESPN agrees with me, so clearly you are stupid and so is everything you think.

I didn't say "OSU's loss was better". I said it was a "strong" best loss, which ESPN agrees with since it's second in the article you linked. AN article that ONLY takes that loss into account, and doesn't talk about all the other qualifications for ranking playoff teams.
Therefore, you clearly are stupid and so is everything you think.

You're as accurate as Malcolm.
The committee says:
Bama
OSU
Michigan
Clemson

Hah. Doesn't make me wrong.
Will be interesting when OSU-Mich meet if they both win until then. Boy, if OSU wins that... Fuck PSU being in the playoff.

UM is getting credit for beating an over-rated Colorado team and an over-rated PSU team. Bah.
Clemson has a better resume.

OSU at 2 and Michigan at 3 is all about setting up their game in two weeks. The winner is going to be in, conference championship or not. That's if they don't lose this weekend.

Sadly, Washington celebrating too... and the Big 12. Right now, we either end up:
Bama, Clemson, OSU/UM, Washington
or
Bama, Clemson, 2 Big Ten schools
most likely.

Charlie Strong led Texas to their first loss to Kansas since 1938. That's the final nail in his coffin.
How much do they pay Tom Herman to come in and coach them? I'm betting he gets $8-10 million a year.

Goodbye Strong.
Herman makes $3M now. I'd guess $6M, but I'm out of the loop on current salaries.
