This is a James Bond film. If you are looking for a James Bond film, this is one.

Craig has made... 4 films? I think he has retired 5 times through the course of them.

Of all the Craig films, I felt this film and Casino Royale were the two best. The middle 3 were too blah blah blah, imho. I know some people will complain about the length, but it didn't feel bloated to me. The scenes felt (mostly) necessary and useful to the film. I thought the middle three were too long and could've trimmed some weight.
