Based on what I can find probably not. Still funny, though.

I lean towards a fake to drum up traffic for "The Establishment". (Terrible name for a woman's magazine.)

The account was started January this year and it looks like most of those 1700+ tweets that are now hidden away were all pro-Trump craziness. If this was set up by the magazine it was a very long con. They probably wouldn't have locked the account after all that effort.
I've changed my mind, it looks legit.

An alternative theory is it was simply someone mocking Trump supporters by doing stupid things.

Agreed. Watching a lot of the back and forth between Trump supporters and others, a ridiculous "fake" account would be hard to pick out in that ocean.
This is a group of which people are saying that a reporter needs to toughen up for being grabbed by Trump's campaign manager, while at the same time nearly shit themselves when Melania has a picture she posed for in a widely circulated publication for which she was paid and signed a release for was used by an anti-Trump PAC.

I was going to say, "How the hell could one tell the difference," but that horse got beaten to glue. You goddamn near can't parody them. The Onion has had to go over the top, tunnel down under it, then go over the top again twice as high.

Already exists. They're called "election rules."
‘I Suffer From Severe Psychological Issues And I Need The Help Of Mental Health Professionals,’ Says Trump In Pointed Debate Comeback
His ego would never let him admit even 0.1% of that weakness. He probably thinks shrinks and their patients need his help, which he'd be only too happy to provide if they enrolled at the new, improved Trump Screwniversity.
Violence Erupts At Trump Rally After Supporters Clash With Protesting GOP Leaders
I could actually see this happening. Not kidding. Paul Ryan might get his ass kicked if he showed up and started to speak his mind.

Yet again, I could see some anti-Trumpers of Middle Eastern descent getting assaulted during or before a rally.
