Chris Paul trade happening between Rockets and Clippers? I think they're just waiting for the league to confirm it. That's pretty big. It hamstrings the Spurs' plans, indicates the Clippers might be rebuilding or Jerry West is already changing the team, and makes Houston more interesting as a foe to the Warriors.
With Paul probably off the market, Hayward looking like a lock for Boston, Indy asking too much for George, and nobody else big out there, you have to think teams will overpay for Igudala and Livingston. We'll see if the Warriors can maintain. The curse of winning is everyone stealing your players.
Serious question: If they wanted to create a level playing field in sports for free agents and whatnot, wouldn't it make sense to change rules to that places with taxes, like Boston, could offset the financial gain a player would get by going to a place like Miami where there are no taxes?
He says he will later if necessary. This is really interesting. Do you take less money to be a forgotten man to the Curry/Durant show and probably get another ring or do you take more money to go elsewhere and try to prove you were an important and ignored part of that team?

I don't know. He's already got a ring.... how much more $?

He's got two rings.
And a lot more money than the Warriors can pay him.
Remember, they also need to lock up Durant, Curry, and Livingston.

I mean... Dude makes $11-12M/year. I mean.... if it were me, it'd take at least $20 to move.
If the rumored Boston offer is true, the Pacers GM should be fired immediately. 3 first rounders and 2 starters for a single player you are 100% sure you lose no matter what at the end of the season and you turn it down? Are you fucking mental?
The question now becomes what else does Ainge have up his sleeve? He's got an organization loaded with young players and picks galore. Is there a big trade in the works? Who would it be for?
What if they jumped into the Knicks-Cavs deal and offered young players to the Knicks so the Knicks send Melo to the Cavs and the Cavs send Love to the Celts?
That pizza is terrible. It is almost the worst pizza I've ever had. Ugh. I cannot believe people eat that shit, and I'm open to all forms of pizza.

Peyton Manning murders KD on live TV. I hope KD was in on the joke. If not, he just got a live look at what the world thinks of his legacy and didn't like it.
I suspected as much because it was too perfect, but who really knows?
It's like all the celebrities who go to rehab for "exhaustion".
It's still the best joke Manning told in that opening monologue. It's funny he teased Cena during it because Cena's opening monologue last year was miles better.
We'll give you Isaiah Thomas and the Nets #1 in 2018, which is very likely to be in the top 5 picks. Dan Gilbert will be getting an All Star back and dumping a ton of salary, which is a huge win for him since LeBron's leaving next year anyway.
By the way, now that the bloom is off LeBron's championship run in Cleveland, can we go ahead and start talking about what a cancer he is as a teammate again?

Irving has expressed that he wants to play in a situation where he can be more of a focal point and that he no longer wants to play alongside LeBron James, sources said.
I don't think that's a story that Ainge wants to deal with. I wouldn't either.
