Bama had 2nd and forever. Down 7. I go to shower. Come back 10 minutes later and they're up 7. WTF?
Tennessee just tied it up.

So if Clemson, OSU/TTUN, and UCLA/Oregon/USC finish undefeated, how does Bama get into the final four?
Assuming the winner of Ga/Tenn would be in.

Bama beats winner of Ga/Tenn in the SEC championship.

I assumed they wouldn't meet until the SEC Championship? Shit, you're right, they play in two weeks. I thought Tennessee was in the West.

If Notre Dame is going to pull
shit like this, they should have at least let UNC beat them

Yeah, Bama wins out in the West, wins the championship, it could get ugly.

JFC Drake Maye, you're a god damned moron. 40s left in the game, 1st and goal, no time outs, you don't run and slide then spike the ball to lose a down.
TD on the next play, though, BARELY, helps. UGH
ESPN gave Duke a 99.8% of winning

Undefeateds
B12 - TCU
B10 - OSU/UofM - Same Division
ACC - Clemson/Syracuse - Same Division
SEC - UGA/Tenn/OleMiss - UGA/Tenn are same division; OleMiss is West.
P12 - UCLA
ESPN says a 1 loss version of many of those teams above has a chance. But OSU has the best chance. Then UGA, Clemson, Bama, UofM, and Tenn.
We could still have 5 undefeated teams though, one from every conference. And then it gets tricky.

UNC: 44th -> 39th -> 30th in the AP voting -> no votes after losing to Notre Dame -> 5 votes (42nd) -> 26th, just outside the top 25.
22nd! And unlikely to fall this week... since we have a bye week

Tennessee fucked up and let fans on the field. Now want the fans to pay for new goal posts.
I don't think you get a choice with 100k people celebrating the college's biggest win in decades.

Fair, but do we then have to pretend that a massive university can't afford to put new goalposts in?

Sure, but then that's $100k they can't spend on hookers for recruits.

A 12 team playoff would be fun. I don't think any team here would be a guarantee to win it all or not lose the first game.

Means nothing. After week 1 (and I think 2) it could be said that OSU was the only team to face a top 5 team. Or faced a team currently in the top 10.

It's hard to live anywhere when they keep moving the goalposts.
