With dwindling marriage rates, and more importantly, growing numbers of childless single people, I could see this gaining traction here if it works there. And holy shit would the feminist meltdown be spectacular to watch.
Prediction: If this comes here, you will see someone introduce prenups that reverses everything they are now.
