Good luck tonight and through the rest of the playoffs Stranger. You're only 8 wins away.

I'm secretly feeling good with how these playoffs are working out. The Cavs are looking better than ever, getting lots of rest and are healthy. Also the unstoppable Warriors have shown they are beatable.

Since I don't believe in karma, and no matter what I say will not have any change on the outcome of the Cavs, I'll say it. This is just about as good of a look at a Championship that we've ever had.

You're allowed to say that. You just can't say things like "We've got this locked up!"

I really respect this stance by Kerr. It probably also won't hurt him with the officials going forward...

While it's important for the league to acknowledge mistakes, it does seem shitty for them to do it the way they currently do it. The NFL, NHL, and MLB are no different either.

If they really wanted to be transparent, they should do a full report when the year is over. Cover officials' grades in all games with bullet points on mistakes. The problem with that is it'd be too transparent and we'd see that a lot of officials don't have any business being at the pro level. That'd be bad because it'd make it harder to protect the nepotism, PR stunts, and quotas behind a lot of the hires.

By the way, that was an ass whooping in Cleveland last night.

NBA Lottery also happened last night.

#1 Sixers
#2 Lakers
#3 Boston

I don't think Boston and the Lakers have ever been in the top three together.

Boston, a playoff team, having the third pick shows how good they've been managing players and picks lately.

The rumor is the Lakers will trade the pick and a young player for a veteran. I hope Russell gets out of there. The Lakers are a terribly run team.

Best part of the draft lottery? Mutumbo congratulating the Sixers on winning the #1 pick 4 hours before the lottery was held...

Completely expected. That's why Vegas had the line at GS -8 1/2.

OKC still has stolen home court. Let's see what happens when GS is on the road.

Former players talk about 4-pointers.

Spread so far is GS by a Curry 3-pointer. I'm thinking more like 10.

Bitter, old men hate on Curry because he's making shots they could only dream about.

The Warriors got their asses kicked. All the bandwagon folks spent all year blowing them, so this is great to see.

You can add me to the "bitter, old men that hate Curry". People talk about him in positive ways, but honestly, he's hurting the game. First of all, he's a cheap, dirty player. He's making leaning into people while shooting to get a tick tack foul an art form. Plus, he's trying to trip other players who get one over on him. Secondly, he's being mimicked at lower levels and that's REALLY hurting the game. I know basketball officials at the high school and college level, and they're telling me about copy cats who are launching threes from everywhere thinking they're Curry. They're not. Third, the three is altering the way the game is played and even how the draft turns out. The three is part of the game, but clearly the game is evolving that's to Curry's shot percentage. That's typically fine, but does anyone really want to watch basketball become a game where folks just try to shoot from far away? No. Dunks and drives and bodies banging is what gets asses in seats.

I hear how Curry is decent off the court, but I've got to be honest, the attempts to trip opponents says otherwise. That's immature, dirt bag behavior.

And I say all that knowing he might be the best shooter in the history of the game, which he deserves all the respect in the world for.

And did you see that "accidental" kick by Green? He another dirty player who loves to taunt opponents. If he gets suspended for the next game, the Thunder will go up 3-1.

Cavaliers 15th guy Dhante Jones goes into game 3 to be an enforcer, gets suspended for game 4 for foul on Biyombo and gets fined $80... that's it.

http://www.sbnation.com/lookit/2016/5/2 ... 80-dollars
See, the Cavaliers signed Jones before their last game of the regular season, and he gets a prorated cut of the veteran's minimum, which adds up to $8,819. The fine with a one-game suspension equals 1/110 of the player's salary, which in Jones' case is ... yup, 80 bucks.

Apparently he is not.

Cowherd had Rick somebody on his show Monday. Rick has a vote for NBA MVP, which he gave to Curry, and he was on discussing the possible suspension of Draymond Green.

He actually said, "The Warriors could get by without Curry. They have others guys who can step in and replace what he does, but losing Green would devastate them."

Like I said, the MVP needs to be renamed.

And I'm loving watching the Thunder kick the Warriors' ass. Not because I have animosity for the Warriors, but because I didn't want to see basketball become a game of HORSE.

What do you do when your star player, who is toxic, is one of the worst defensive players in the league?

Hire a head coach whose defenses are historically bad.
