Current match history: 8 wins, 2 losses.

With 4 of us on SR I believe we have won every game on which I was the support. Soraka is a real asshole.

Ugh. Had a team where Draven didn't show up at all the first 10 minutes, and Nunu kept quitting because he was a whiner. So there goes my chance for a 10/10 match history, this go round.

PC Gamer article about humor in MOBAs.

Have we found out why they don't ever mention League of Legends?

They seem to have been on the Valve payroll for over a year, now. I remember one month I am reading full monthly articles and LOL strategy guides, and the next month DOTA2 went beta and you never heard of LOL again.

I let my subscription lapse and I wish PCG would cut the shit so I can renew it, but not until.

I would write them an email but why would they ever address or admit it? I would bet a dollar that a "what about LOL?" letter has never hit their LTTE pages.

I honestly think it's been over a year. I dropped them 2-3 years ago, and even back then I barely saw LoL mentioned.

Maybe they don't play LoL, and instead are huge DOTA2 players. I'd get that, but wouldn't you still at least mention the most played game in the world?

In other news, Riot is rebooting LoL's lore.

I'm very big into story lines in games, and not once did I ever give two shits about anyone's lore in LoL. The game itself doesn't lend itself to telling a story. I'm betting this is more for the LoL RPG that's been rumored.

And Valve probably isn't even bribing them, Valve probably pointed out to PCG that print magazines are a medium in decline, and asked how PCG enjoyed all the advertising that Valve pays for.

Just played an ARAM. I was Brand. I did very well.

Our team was winning in kills, it was like 40 to 20. Yet they were pushing us back, had our inhibitor dead and we still didn't have a single turret kill.

We pushed then back, killed their first turret.

They pushed us back to our nexus... were 1 hit from victory, we pushed them back. Enemy Yi darted out of the bushes too soon to attempt a backdoor, we caught him and killed him. If he had waited one second we would have passed him and couldn't have caught him. We took their inhibitor turret.

They pushed us back to our half-health nexus, took it down to one hit, we killed them and pushed them back. We took their inhibitor.

They pushed us back to our half-health nexus, had it within a hit of winning, we killed them and pushed them back. Aced them. Won the game.

I have won games with a 100-health nexus before, but never after 3 times and a near-backdoor.

I got placed in Bronze 1 last night after Stranger sabotaged me. I am pondering whether I want to make a run at silver, or not.

Probably shouldn't.

Leaning toward no. I would if I had a lot of peer pressure, but I would not take more than 1 shot at the playoffs, or whatever they are called, for promotion.

Why would there be peer pressure?

I have a lot of other friends who like me to play League with them. But they all live in like South Dakota so you wouldn't know them.

Bullshit. No one lives in South Dakota. They survive the bleakness.

I've won 14 out of my last 17 ranked games. I'm on a 7 game ranked win streak. I think I'm going pro next season.
