Dems are urging him to block it.
He hasn't signed it yet, so perhaps he's weighing his options? This would move his popularity needle in the right direction...ever so slightly.

I suspect it would it would be challenged in court for equal protection. And if they lost there, if I were an ISP I would put in place filters to block all the FB and search engine data collection.

Comcast sent me a targeted ad on twitter that they'll never throttle my content or track my shit.
I have some mixed feelings on a targeted ad telling me this, but I appreciate the PR.

The FCC has apologized to Donnelly, it said in a statement to The Hill.
“We apologized to Mr. Donnelly more than once, and let him know that the FCC was on heightened alert based on several threats.”
Ah well. That makes everything OK. Good to know my rights are optional when richer, more important, well connected people might be inconvenienced by them.
