Yeah, I got less than $10.
You have to put "Personal" then "Other" and use a personal account to avoid the fees (and can't use a credit card).

I don't have any money balance in my paypal account, and wanted to use the credit card so there wouldn't be a 2-4 day delay. I just wondered how much the fee was.
