Jared Fogle has copped a plea in his child porn case ... TMZ has confirmed.
The former Subway spokesperson was a target of a federal investigation which included a raid on his home last month, in which several computers were seized ... allegedly containing child porn.
Law enforcement tells us Fogle will plead guilty to possession of child pornography. Charges have not been filed but we're told that will happen at the same time the plea deal is announced.
The plea -- first reported by Fox59 in Indianapolis -- could come as early as Wednesday.
A judge will determine the sentence.

Federal Judge Mark Dinsmore must now review a plea deal Fogle's attorneys reached with prosecutors and decide whether to accept it. Fogle was released and must wear an electronic monitoring device pending his next court appearance.
Under the deal, Fogle would serve between five and 12 years in prison, pay $1.4 million in restitution to 14 minor victims, register as a sex offender and meet other conditions.

The charity was supposed to shell out $2 million a year to schools and community organizations. But the foundation spent an average $73,000 per year from 2009 to 2013, USA Today reported, citing the organization's tax records. Sixty percent of that went to Taylor, and 26 percent is unaccounted for.

Twelve of Fogle's 14 victims were minors who Taylor secretly filmed. Taylor then shared the images and videos with Fogle, federal prosecutors said in documents released last week.
"For most of my adult life, I've been in the spotlight, trying to be a role model," he said. "...I became dependent on alcohol, pornography and prostitutes."
"When your honor is considering what is just punishment, we ask that you consider unique consequences Mr. Fogle will suffer the rest of his life," the attorneys said. "The time in prison will be harder for him than for prisoners who committed the exact same offense. ... Mr Fogle has destroyed his life. He did it to himself. ... His punishment is not going to stop when he gets out of prison. Sixty months is enough for him to know he'll never do this again."
DeVooght said Fogle looked at images on a thumb drive three times, including commercial pornography of children as young as 6, and then threw it away. But, the attorney added, Fogle "never requested that level of disgusting material" from Taylor.
Fogle spent a minimum of $12,000 per year on prostitutes, Bradford said.
Fogle is a child molester, which means being segregated from other criminals as they WILL do them harm. Also, he's a celebrity, which also means segregation as someone can make a name for themselves by offing him.
If he gets killed it'll be because the prison didn't protect him protect him properly.
When I read an AMA about "what it was like in prison," they always say two things:Malcolm wrote:1) There is some point during the day when he's around other inmates.Fogle is a child molester, which means being segregated from other criminals as they WILL do them harm. Holmes, 28, who is serving a life sentence, was assaulted by another inmate at the Colorado State Penitentiary in Canon City after a security gate was inadvertently left open in October.
According to docs, Fogle got jumped in the rec yard at Englewood prison

Ideally, if they were doing their job to protect the inmates, then no he would never be in contact with them aside from the others in his wing.
Larry Levine, a prison consultant who'd spent ten years in a total of 11 federal penitentiaries, says he has a number of clients – who have hired him to guide them through the experience of surviving prison – incarcerated with Fogle who claim he's a constant target for prison ridicule.

Levine says that his clients at Englewood Prison tell him Fogle's arrival was preceded by a mandate from the warden: "The word from the administration was, 'Hand's off Jared,'" he says.
But the prisoners have not obeyed, Levine says. "When he got there, I was told prisoners started chanting, ‘F--- Jared,’ and Englewood is a chomo yard: 75 percent of the inmates there are child molesters," says Levine. "Jared is there with a lot of his own kind, and is considered king of the chomos. The other chomos respect him, like he's their God or something."
