Buy scorpion
pre-outfit for pvp
Get FoF cruise missiles of all types

The more I think about it, the more I think I need 2 setups.
1 with jamming for ships that could blow me up fairly readily; 1 with tackling to keep ships from running. 4 power WCS with 2 webbers... hot.
