Yeah, turns out he was there illegally, as opposed to just being in someone's perception of the wrong place.
But was he armed? Did he leave when politely asked or did he refuse and threaten anyone who tried to move him? Did he clearly plan an altercation hoping he'd get a chance to hurt someone?

The difference is one didn't go stand where they shouldn't have been on purpose with the intent of hurting someone else.

It's getting hard reading Catt defend this. . .
Being physically moved by another person is not a life threatening event. I have yet to read anything more than the kid tried to move him. You can't kill someone simply because they touch you or grab you.
Imminent life threatening or rape are the only two things that allow you to kill someone. I have yet to read anything about the kid trying to kill or rape anyone.
I mean seriously. This is all it takes to be able to kill someone? Stand in their way until they try to move you and then you are allowed to kill them?

Yeah, "the streets" definitely taught you to be passive and call the police during an extremely minor situation.
And coincidentally, I saw a video on a Russian(?) YouTube channel last night that perfectly fit this joke. All that was a way to tell you that I don't have the perfect setup line for this joke, but this is the video that came to mind with Catt discussing the streets.
