The new Marine joke is that they're dumb and when you give them crayons with which to write, they eat them. That joke didn't exist in the 90s, but it's the thing now.

To be fair, Marines being dumb has always been the joke.

No argument. And we lean into it, because why not. The crayon-twist just got popular, and went wide, after my time.
