Getting legit, unbiased data would not be an impossible task, but it's pretty close.

Nurture should be a factor. If a certain race is genetically disposed to raise their offspring a certain way, that should factor into the intelligence measurement.

No. The idea would be to take people and have them raised the same way, in the same environment, to see if there's a nature (genetic) component. Otherwise, too many variables.

BUt you can't really do that with humans, and it's an unreasonable variable to try to introduce to reduce from the study. Which may be why there doesn't seem to be much data about this.

We certainly have enough humans on the planet for an actual study. The fact there doesn't seem to be one suggests, to me, the dude may be right. If there was actual evidence it would open up a whole slew of problems with global, and national, and local, race relations.

If the cyclist is in the bike lane or off the road, that's a tragedy.

I really hope you're not calling the guy in the video an idiot.

I haven't watched the video, I've had enough hate for one day. I was commenting in general, from Catt's "people don't care when bicyclist get hit by cars" comment. It's because they're making poor choices being on busy streets. Cars are hitting each other all the time, if they bump a bike the biker's dead and they should know that no matter how much "I have a right to be here!" they feel. Therefore, hard to feel a ton of empathy when someone makes a choice to seriously risk their lives.

I'll swim with sharks and shit, but I wouldn't ride a bike on a busy street because I don't have a deathwish.

In general, sure.

In this video, the street is empty and then intentionally aim for him. Dude is damn near on the sidewalk. As he crashed through their windshield and then onto the pavement they just laugh while driving away.

People like this are beyond repair. A trial is a waste of time and jail is a waste of resources.
