That's the most expensive defense in the NFL making Chase Brown look like Walter Payton. The HC's side of the ball, btw.

It was 10-0, we watched an episode of Jeopardy... and suddenly 14-10?

Cincy turned two INTs (one was pretty amazing) into 14 points.

The defense is garbage, and to be fair, Flacco has played against Tomlin for 20 years, so he knows what he's facing, but still. Brown and Chase are having career nights.

The offense is fine, but uncreative and predictable. Warren is having a hell of a night. DK might as well not be out there.

Just wow. I know nothing about football, apparently.

boy, Flacco certainly looks washed doesn't he?... Just another black eye on a franchise that can't get out of its own way. i expect a full house cleaning coming this offseason, Kev could be gone in two weeks at the bye.

I look forward to him joining the Steelers at some point to complete the cycle.

Remember how the NFL was cracking down on false starts and improperly lined up offensive player during tush pushes?

People are questioning why the only penalty on a tush push so far has been against the Steelers in week 6.

This is a whole thing on Twitter. Videos of Eagles players moving early and lined up offsides. They need to eliminate the play completely. This isn't rugby. (Not a shot, it's just a different sport.)

Not why the Steelers lost (bad coaching and 2 TOs), but it did take a 1st and goal at the 3 and turned it into a 3rd and 18 or whatever.

Also, Freiermuth's big night proved the Johnu Smith pickup was completely unnecessary.

It is kind of amazing that the Browns lost without even playing.

I pray the same full house cleaning happens in Pittsburgh. From GM on down. Trade everyone, get a bunch of picks, and let's rebuild with fresh minds.

The most expensive defense in football, by $30M, couldn't stop Justin Fields and the Jets, let alone giving up season bests to multiple Bengals. $169M and nobody in the secondary seems to have ever learned how to wrap. Additionally, all the players over commit on every single fucking play, which makes fakes and play action super effective against them.

On the bright side, my 5-1 fantasy team went against Boswell and the Steelers D last night. Bos got 8, but the D got -14, so that's good. My 1-5 fantasy team went against Higgins though who got a season high 21 points. Fantasy is so dumb.

If you didn't see the second INT from last night seek it out. It's exceptional.

He doesn't suck. Arthur Smith, the OC, sucks. Freiermuth has been wasted in Pittsburgh. Put him in KC and he'd probably be banging Taylor Swift.

Literally, Bengals fans were chanting "thank you Cleveland" after the game..

The Browns are playing 3-d chess! They needed the Bengals to win this game to bring the Steelers back down to catchable distance! They've already played the Bengals once, and don't see them again until week 18, when Burrow will be back, so this trade won't matter! (I assume, I dunno)

Tomlin ripped Cleveland during the pregame presser. He said something along the lines of "Andrew Barry must be smarter than me because I don't understand why you would help your division rival. The guy was good enough to be your day 1 starter, so why would you send him to your rival in need at that position?"

He wasn't wrong. Most Cleveland media took that as a coach's fraternity rant. Backing the coach that just had his only vet QB ripped out from underneath him. And i kinda believe that. I don't believe Kev wanted Flacco traded.

Great leader of men, and if he gets fired in the offseason Cleveland should be at his doorstep the next morning.

Based on his own picks in some of the drafts, Barry probably is a better judge of talent. Remember, Mike hand picked Kenny Pickett whom he watched practice for years. He also picked Maryland players because his kid went there. I always enjoyed watching them be out of football, while the OSU player he should have taken is still starting in the league.

I give credit where it's due and players play hard for Mike. He's a hell of a motivator. He's not a culture guy though. The Steelers have had tons of discipline issues with him at the helm. I don't think he'd be a good fit for Cleveland in its current state. His ideal role is what he stepped into in Pittsburgh: An established team ready to take the next step with competent asst coaches.

On a different note, I've been thinking about Andy Reed's legacy. Is it possible that's he's the GOAT? Yeah, Belichick has the rings, but Reed has been successful everywhere and with different QBs, not just one. He's got to be in the conversation, right?
