I did not have "MTG posts something I fully support" on my bingo card today...or ever really.
This is right up there with AOC and Gaetz go author a bill to ban Congress people from trading stocks or John Fetterman becoming the most rational person in Congress after not being able to utter more than unintelligible grunting during his campaign.
I think ALL government officials should have their full records on display and available at all times. I want to see their criminal records, complaints filed against them, voting record, phone records, and financial records. You want to run the country and make millions doing so (whether that's via trading stocks or doing speaking engagements...notice what I'm leaving off...), then this is the price. You'll be set for life, but you don't get to fuck us over anymore.

I was reading that someone was coming forward to claim one of Trump's cabinet picks... Geotz or something? This person is claiming she saw him bang a 17 year old girl in the past.
I want to know two things: was it illegal? Some states have an age of consent at 17.
And if it is illegal, did she report it way back then, or just now when it can serve a purpose? Because not reporting the rape of a child sounds illegal as hell.

Congress has somehow been investigating it for more than 3 years. The DoJ investigated, but did not press charges. Age of consent is 18 in Florida, unsure where the event took place. Two women of legal age also testified he flew them in and paid for sex, which is still illegal.

I heard this morning, somewhere, that he paid for sex...which tracks. If they were of legal age, I don't give a fuck. If they were minors, death penalty.

I have heard that and agree. It's what I purposely did not mention. What corporations/rich people are donating to campaigns, paying for speaking engagements, and hiring former Congress people to easy, high paying jobs.

Honestly, as a nation of voters, we need to collectively pull our heads out of each other's asses and look upward at the people shitting on us. They're not gods. They're not better. Realistically, they need to be held more accountable than any of us.

North Carolina Republican Rep. Madison Cawthorn claimed that he has been invited to an orgy in Washington and had personally seen leaders in the efforts to curb drug addiction doing cocaine.
