Pernicious, negative stereotypes of marginalized people that offend even some among them should be changed.
I agree.
Many Irish-Americans are not offended, but many are. And should that also change? The answer is yes, unequivocally yes.
I disagree.

Schiano to Patriots?
Makes sense. OSU hired WSU's D coordinator recently, so Urban must think Schiano is moving on despite the Tennessee debacle.

Purdue(3) by 2 over Rutgers
Duke(4) loses to terrible St. Johns
MSU(5) by 3 over Indiana.
Xavier(6) goes to OT against Georgetown
Arizona(9) loses
Oklahoma (12) loses
Kentucky (21) loses
Florida (23) loses
Michigan (24) goes to OT...
If you're not Villanova or UVA, it's a rough looking year.

Excellent article about the University of Evansville men's basketball team and the plane crash that killed them.
What an amazing program to have the success that they did at such a small school.
As a Steelers fan, it's pretty cool to see how they're linked to the story.
There is one item in there that is disturbing. You'll know it when you get to it. Makes you wonder if it inspired "Final Destination" or if fate/death can't be escaped...

Buckeyes lost out on the #2 rated O lineman in early signings.
Today they got a commitment from the #1 ranked O lineman. Nice. It also breaks a 6 year streak of the #1 OL going to an SEC school.
Their class currently sits at #2 on ESPN (which REALLY says something considering how far into bed with the SEC they are...).
Watch the Jacob Copeland announcement video. I think his family is pissed off he picked Florida. A large woman that I think is his mom was wearing a Bama shirt got up and walked off when he chose Florida. Ha!
