I'd take that career in two seconds flat if it were viable. But yeah, I assume someone who leeches THC from raw material to make concentrates. Wax, the best your average Joe can do in his garage, requires basic chemistry lab competence so you don't explode. High quality labs can touch 90% THC last I checked.

Then when they realized they were losing on that end, they enacted LBJs reforms and turned the group with the most intact families (the black community) into the one with the highest out of wedlock birthrate.
