Did I give you my "sleep is prescious pirate gold" speech before this kid was born?
I remember I had the kid one day, and she was crawling everywhere, refusing to sleep. I took furniture and blocked off the living room, and I tried to sleep on the floor.
I figure if she needed me she'd cry or thump me and I'd wake up.
That didn't work. I don't remember what happened, but I never slept.
Those where desperate times.

One trick I learned is one that doctors probably frown on.
If she was crying at night and I was painfully conscious, I'd go to the sofa and lay on my back. The inclide of our sofa makes it difficult to roll (I'm not a roller anyway)
I'd put my daughter on my chest and she'd hush up and be content. Then we'd both fall alseep at about the same time.

There will come a time when you're catch back up on sleep. Then you'll just be a partial zombie. Later you'll start getting back into the things you did before the baby.
That's where I'm at right now. Dungeon Siege II and F.E.A.R. are the first games I've played in forever and I'm actually looking forward to a couple more new releases due out soon.

Why don't we make the UO Galaxies forum the double-sekrit forum?Leisher or Gordo.
I'd a like a private section setup, where only members can read posts.
Something is giving me great joy right now, and I can't share it with the outside world.
Diogenes of Sinope: "It is not that I am mad, it is only that my head is different from yours."
Arnold Judas Rimmer, BSC, SSC: "Better dead than smeg."

You should read all the terrible stuff they say about you here.
I just get an error on that, Paul?
You didn't get an error. You probably get a message that told you that *you* do not have access.
An error would say that the section was moved or deleted.
You obviously aren't hardcore 1337, be-otch.
