BTW, who is Catt to talk? He doesn't even play with us. They probably are hard to play while wearing Lee Press On Nails!

C'mon, join us for some SupCom 2! It's an RTS, no twitch reflexes required. Ditto for you TPR.

It'd be fun to hit an 8 player map with 8 players.

6 of us versus Cake and Troy...

Fridays are the days I traditionally get off early and get down time in the hotel room.

This new work Lenovo W530 is a beast, ought to be able to handle most games with no problem. Don't have Steam or games yet, but I could probably get that sorted by tomorrow evening...

I find the big wildcard in hotel gaming is the quality of the WiFi, and that has nothing to do with how expensive the room is, for some reason.

Hurtful!

But seriously, you and TPR have no excuse. It's a great game, and doesn't require twitch reflexes.

Go ask your wife if you can buy a game and play with the guys.

I already own it.

The big issue is that I go to bed at a normal time (10:30pm), so my gaming window is roughly 8:30 to 10:30.

That's a legit complaint on weekdays. However, when the weekend arrives, you need to drink some Red Bull and stay up a bit later.

We can typically get going by 9:30 - 10. If you could stay up to midnight (something even Old Man Gordo can do) you'd get 2-4 games in.

Don't worry about your skill level either. I'm the worst player, but I have a lot of fun trying to survive or suicide bombing Cake's base. (I wonder how mad Cake would get if I did that every single game...?)

i was actually reading about some people who play that way the other day.

They basically put all of their research into buffing the APC unit early and sending him in with some basic tanks and rush the enemy base. This is like having an Experimental to start the game. Only problem is that its an all or nothing strategy, and if it does work you better get the hell outta dodge quickly because everyone else will know.

Might be something you think of doing against Cake. lol

Leisher wrote:Hey Gordo, did you know you can send messages in Steam? I've said before, if I'm on, I'm available.

BTW, you'll notice you were in a game as well...

When I got on, you were playing LoL, Cake was Away and nobody else was on. Didn't realize it was ok for you to be in a game while waiting, but not me.

So to sum up, it was you that was the one who caused us not to multi tonight!
I am amused and annoyed that all I did was post a picture without commentary, and what at least one person took from it is that "Gordon is wrong, again."

If my steam says "away", there is a 90% chance that I'm not. And a simple quick message would verify that. In fact, I had no idea I was "away", because I wasn't. Was at my PC that whole night watching Gordon play LoL and wondering if anyone else was going to be on and doing other things at my desk. When Leisher was in Unepic and Gordon was still in LoL, I took that as, they have talked and they decided to go solo tonight. So, I launched Oblivion.

I blame Leisher. When he saw Gordon was on, he could have messaged "when will you be done" or "are you playing anything else" etc. Instead, he launched his own game. When I saw no message about "We are playing 'some game'.", I assumed a solo night. Leisher's inability, or unwillingness to message other people killed last night.

Let's be honest, you usually are wrong.

Posting just a picture is one of those snarky little moves that you're famous for.

If my steam says "away", there is a 90% chance that I'm not. And a simple quick message would verify that.

The last three years says that whole statement is bullshit.

I blame Leisher.

I blame fuck you.

I've done the message and wait bullshit for three years. I've watched Gordon play games for three years while waiting for people to get on. It's not my turn for that shit anymore. I'll also say it's not Gordo's either.

You're up.

Being that I have WAY more games in LoL than any one else. Maybe even more than all of you combined. I was AWAYS in game. Often in TS waiting for others to connect. I have been the biggest proponent for multi'ing for the last 2 decades. When it comes to multi playing, I have logged the most hours, by far. We can take a poll here. Asking people to estimate the number of hours they have played with me over the last 10 years, and how many have been played with you. I bet I would win. So for you to say you have 'done your part' is p s y c h o.

When it comes to multi gaming with friends. . . Leisher, you are delusional.
