I've worked downtime for about 3.5 years, in all that time I've never seen such crap, yet 4 times in the past 2 weeks now... I always drive in the middle lane, I just don't get why people don't just drive past the road and turn around or fix it later? No, they STOP COMPLETELY and then turn across 3 lanes. BAH.
It's not me, it's someone else.
