Maya can go very elemental or heal oriented (long- or mid-range). Zer0 is built to deal damage up close and personal, just not take it. You could go up close with Maya, but her skills trees don't go that way. You could also go sniper with Zer0 but his ability in general seems kind of wasted if he's standing out of range.

Switched off my shitty audio codec that was yanking away my game sound yesterday. Wonder if it killed the mic functionality in the process.

I don't know. It gets confused when I have it differentiate between the USB headset and the headphone jacks.

What?

It's an HP computer? And you don't really know what kind of mobo is in it but it is a sound driver called IDT? Is that what you're saying?

Or is there a sound card?

Goddamnit. I'd have to spend more than two minutes looking up the problem and solution. Ready to go now anyhow.

Well, yeah. There's probably an easy solution but I can't give it to you with the scant info you have provided.

If it is an HP computer, just go to the HP page and get the official sound driver for your PC.

Next time we play, we might want to start earlier for our sniper, Morty Seinfeld. Hour earlier?

I finally traded my 360 version in for the PC version yesterday. I decided to use Axton to get used to the controls. And i must say it was so much easier to play him rather than Salvador. My first death wasn't until i fought Flynt, i was level 7! Sal is really tough to begin with, but he owns as the levels go up.

Not sure what build Leisher is thinking of going but im pretty sure im going down the middle tree to start. I've seen the nuke turret in action and its pretty damn sweet. Then im gonna hit up the guerrilla tree on the left to get the "scorched earth" skill to add rockets to the turret.

I really think that Axton could be a better tanky player than Sal if you spec'd him out that way. He can have serious shield regen and his turret can serve as a decoy to take aggro. But from what i've found in this game, you're much better served by doing as much damage as you can. Kill them before they kill you.

Maybe with a couple Phalanx-ready turrets. Cooldown on it is too long.

Well yeah, if you were going the tanky route then you would get the top skill in the survival tree, gemini (two turrets) and resourceful gives 25% cooldown.

Not to mention "willing" in the guerrilla tree is awesome. +75% recharge rate and +60% recharge delay means your shields are gonna be up quite a bit.

Also if anyone wants to start a new game or if you just wanna jump into a game anytime im cool with that. i'll prolly have each character at different levels so i would be able to play any game.

Or if you wanna power level your character up i can help with that too. I know in B1 i had like a level 30 hunter and Liesher had a level 1 Brick and he couldn't do shit but die for a couple hours but in no time he was at like level 20.

I saw you online last night and started a new Mechromancer. Anytime we have time and we're both online, I'm up for playing.

I'd take a ride on that train if it's available.
