Don't think there is an appropriate response to the post. I think maybe they can be rehabbed, if you cut off their privates, hands, tongues, take out their eyeballs, and cut off their feet.

I've heard of cases where child abusers ask to be kept in prison because they know they'll do it again. Leisher brings up a very good point about sexual orientation. Wouldn't this qualify?
