He plans on investigating if it's worth financially backing a college playoff system that would pay more than the bowl games. From what it sounds, he'd pay the schools up front to accept bids to the playoffs before bowl bids.

Does Cuban have the money and pull the raise more cash than the bowl people? We shall see.
