Did I see the mothership from Homeworld?
“Every record been destroyed or falsified, books rewritten, pictures repainted, statues, street building renamed, every date altered. The process is continuing day by day. History stops. Nothing exists except endless present in which the Party is right.”

There's no value in alerting me ahead of it being out.
It's not me, it's someone else.

Bump, put this one in the rotation, please.

3 episodes in.
Awesome effects.
Awesome universe they've built, there.
Great novels it is based on.
They'd better get to the fucking point, and dump the stupid romance subplots, or they're going to lose me.

Ok, season 1 is in the bag.
I was very put off through most of the season.
In the books, nothing exciting happens, but you get excited by their creative problem solving to win the day. I guess the writers of this show couldn't sell that, so they added plenty of strife and soldiers and pew pew.
But, by the last few episodes of the season, I decided to stop being irritated by what it wasn't, and try to appreciate it for what it was.
I've decided it was pretty good for what it was, and ended strong, and I'm looking forward to S2.
