Download it, run it daily. Difference is definately very noticable. If you can't get your fragmented files below 1000, rebuild the machine defragging with diskeeper the whole way. NT defragment (in NT, 2k, and XP) is terrible and has been known to cause problems. This defrag takes like 5 minutes a day for upkeep. Only takes a long time to get things in order to begin with. I just rebuilt my machine because I couldn't get below like 4500 fragmented files.
