I know it's been discussed in the 40 thread, but has anyone here done it?
I really want to get an idea of what the proper method is that's safe and effective. I've seen stuff all over the map about 24 hour vs 72 hour or longer. Water vs none. Eating only during certain hours. And so on.

I've done a couple days in the home stretch of a weight loss contest. Can't recall if I still drank water. The first day is harder, you're always thinking about food.

The most I've done is a 48 hour fast. I found that going keto first helped, then cutting back to IF, then OMAD (one meal a day).
Also, "snake juice" -> which is gross -> helped a lot with headaches and stuff.
Dry fasting is dangerous and should never be done.

This is what fighters do before weigh ins.
Never heard of that.
Anyone have any good links to legit sources?

It doesnt matter what version of sodium chloride you use. I also added a lot of ice to make it palatable. Keep it cold.Water=2L
Potassium chloride =1 tsp (No Salt)
Sodium chloride = 1/2 tsp (Himalayan Pink Salt)
Sodium Bicarbonate = 1 tsp (Baking Soda)
Magnesium Sulphate = 1/2 tsp (Food Grade Epsom Salts)
