You probably can't do it, so don't even try.

They do, so I'm honestly not sure why so many diets allows them. I do not eat them. Way too many carbs, but I like them better than potatoes most of the time.

No. The keto people are big on it, though. And riced cauliflower, etc. Also, I don't like coconut flour or almond flour, so most fake flours are out for me as well.

They don't usually work too well, anyway. Might as well just go with bacon and eggs

I was thinking that you prolly save on carbs from the crust, but then eat a bunch of sugar in the jar of pizza sauce.

Some pasta/pizza sauces are low or lower carb.

When I make pizza, I stick pepperoni in a pan, let it fry a bit. Then a thin layer of cheese that I let fry in the pepperoni grease, then I add my toppings and bake it.

My toppings are usually just cheese + pepperoni.

Ever try a tortilla pizza, cooked stove top, in a cast iron pan? It's pretty good. Do it on a spinach wrap and it's prolly better.

I pretty much just gave you the recipe. Hit the pan with non-stick spray, first. About 5 minutes, put it on while the pan is hot. It's pretty good.

So here's my (approximate) calories/macros

Lift day (3/wk): 2,000 calories, 90g C, 100g F, 180g P
Rest day: 1800, 50, 100, 120

I got a little lax the second half of last year and went from low 190s up to 200. Since new year I've been disciplined, dropped back to 196. Body fat % is hard to gauge, but it's prob 14, give or take a point. Would like to get as close to 10 as I can before pool weather.

This shit gets harder and harder every year.

Can the human body even process that much protein in a day?

I'm probably NOT really getting 180 since I've been cutting back a little bit on the whey. But, I'm surely getting north of 100. Hasn't seemed to be a problem.

There's some debate in the community about whether "1g/lb" is the right number, or whether it's 1lb of body weight or 1lb of lean mass, or what. Basically you can't go wrong with more protein and fat, apparently.

I've had this on the car thumb drive since forever and today I realized it was my dieting strategy.
