Yeah, there's a pretty good example of "just not getting it". Not that there's really anything to "get" with Emo to begin with.

NSFW.
Alcohol, gasoline, fire, and a Slip'n Slide. Also has the bad kind of nudity.

"I do not have one constructive proposal!" Subtitled for your inconvenience and amusement.

Oh, shit, that was hilarious! I think I hurt myself. I especially love the bit near the end ... you'll know which part it is if you find this guy as funny as I do.

One of the best commercials ever. - It's a sports one, so some of you might not know that the two guys are two of the best pitchers in baseball of the last two decades, Tom Glavine and Greg Maddux. Greg is actually one of the best pitchers ever. They each have won Cy Young awards (Greg multiple times) and they helped the Braves win an unheard of 14 division titles in a row.

My (nearly 4 year old) daughter used to love My Little Pony.
A friend of ours gave us an article about four months ago about the sexuality incorporated into little girls toys now days. My Little Pony was their big example. They showed the original My Little Ponies, which were basically little horses. Each new batch of My Little Ponies gets more and more sexualized, with more curves, sexier poses, more makeup, etc.
I started reading the article in jest, but damn, those ponies really are getting sluttier and sluttier.

It made me sort of clad that my daughter has lost interest in them.

Of course, now she likes talking about having babies of her own. Aaagh!

Interesting nature video

Too bad there weren't any PETA activists there to get in the middle of it and get torn to shreds.

A Three Hour Tour... The Professor's Story

Reminded me of the Blair Witch Project, only it wasn't as boring and I didn't keep saying "wtf" during it.
