Babylon 5
Just finished season 3.... G'Kar's monologue at the end about "transition and revelation" was great. I still say he's the best actor on the show.
My fave character, though, is probably Bill Mumy as Lennier. Very calm and collected, but always quick to whoop ass. I'd love to hear him shout "Danger! Danger!" just once. Flounder (Vir) is a close second.... bumbling and scared, but has a Shindleresque nobility. Does what he feels is right in the FACE of fear, not due to the lack of it. He must be 40... but he looks 20.
A shitload of the dangling threads from the first two seasons have been tied up... I assume this will change the tone of the last two seasons completely. I will begin season 4 tonight.

"Be bold, and mighty forces will come to your aid."
Season 4, Sheridan and Delenn had their "explore each others' pleasure centers" ceremony.
Lennier to Sheridan, after: "Woohoo?"
They are few and far between, but this show really has some LOL moments.
Also, Flounder has lost a lot of weight this season.

Welp, just finished the last two episodes of season 5, the last season.
I was going to say that if you hadn't seen it yet, don't bother with season 5.... season 4 wrapped up the 4 year arc, had a great finale, and season 5 felt very tacked on and unnecessary.... but they made up for a dumb season with a great final 2 episodes. SO.... you can still skip season 5 and have a good wrap-up in season 4, but if you're a completest and want just a little more wrap-up, watch season 5... and try to stay patient with the gay (Not that there's anything wrong with that)-ass long hair hippie eurotrash telepath crap for the first half of the season. That storyline eventually ends, so good.
Now I've got to buy all of the B5 movies, the spin-off, and the Lost Tales. I'll let you know how those are.

NO!
Friends don't let friends buy B5 movies.
If you must watch them, they have them at Netflix, or download them, but don't throw away your money. The spin-off series was almost worth watching but don't pay for it either if you can avoid it.
Never heard of Lost Tales so there I have no opinion.
