Ok, so in the last episodes, Londo gave Sheridan am... urn, or something.... that had one of the alien neck-suckers inside of it to give to their son on his 16th bday.

This was never mentioned in the "20 years later" episode.

So what happened, there?

No, idea

That is one of the problems I had with how the series ended. There was some kind of final battle/confrontation with Centauri/Londo and Sheridan. It involves Sheridan's son but it was never explained or wrapped up.

I guess it all ended well since they toasted Londo as an "absent friend" at the end.
