A movie director-screenwriter (Matthew Broderick) finds a man to finance his latest project but discovers that the producer is actually an undercover FBI agent (Alec Baldwin) working on a mob sting operation.
This is supposedly based on a true story. The movie is pretty slow moving. It has a cavalcade of stars that pop up and it pokes fun of the Hollywood machine.
I wouldn't run out an rent it but it is worth watching if you have the time.
Baldwin? That already puts this movie on my shit list.
