I know I posted the trailer here somewhere, but fuck if I know how to find it.
Horror film.
Some people leave California so they can make a porno on the cheap. They end up renting a cabin from a severely old couple in the boonies of Texas. It's a religious area, which is played up in the trailer from what I remember. It's certainly played up during the film. Anyway, it's slow to get to the real plot as they spend a lot of time letting you get to know this group.
Jenna Ortega is in the group. I'm saying her name because if I ever need to search this film again, I will use her name as the key word since she's the most famous person in the cast.
This was not the movie I expected. It is, but it isn't.
My biggest complaint aside from, how do I put this without spoilers..., questions about physicality, is that the sound drops out from time to time during certain people's dialogue. It's not often enough to be a huge issue, but I definitely might have missed some key character development.
It was decent.
