Liam Neeson stars in yet another "action movie" 10 years after retiring from action movies.

This time he's a down on his luck rancher whose ranch is on the U.S.-Mexico border. Meanwhile, someone in Mexico runs afoul of a drug kingpin and their whole family is targeted. Long story short, only a young boy survives and he's in Liam's care. There's a really long and boring "chase" throughout the Southwest where the drug villains use technology that is available to law enforcement, but they don't use for some reason. It all culminates in a boring shootout.

Why was this movie made?

Liam is a favorite, but this was painful to watch. Well made, just boring as hell and very "by the numbers".

Skip it.
