X-Mas Movies

As long as we recognize Lucas is washed up and most TV sucks, we'll all get along fine.

What are your favs?

I watched two of my favorites the past two nights: Die Hard and Lethal Weapon.

Christmas Vacation is a must see, but isn't on any of my streaming services.

Scrooged is the most underrated X-Mas movie.

Rudolph.

Charlie Brown.

Die Hard

I've never cared for Christmas Vacation.

Scrooged, definitely.

I can't believe how well Die Hard and Lethal Weapon hold up.

Also, Trisha Murtaugh and Holly Generro/McClaine are the same person. Same haircut, same body types, same rock solid personalities, and both more financially successful than their husbands.

Lethal Weapon 2 wasn't a Christmas movie and doesn't hold up well. I mean, it's fun and action packed, but holy shit is it unrealistic. The original was more closer to reality than this one.

Patsy Kensit was at her hottest here too. Just looked her up on IMDB, and she's still an attractive woman, but four marriages indicate there's probably some issues.

A Christmas Story
Surviving Christmas
Pretty much all of the claymation stories (Rudolph, Drummer Boy, Santa Claus is Coming to Town, etc, et.) We watch some pretty obscure ones.

I don't really like movies much to begin with; extra don't like "Christmas" movies because the only time I watch them is when I'm trapped in the house at Christmas time (either the in-laws or my parents). But this year we stayed home, so I kind of enjoyed Die Hard.

My wife loves Love Actually, but really hates the part where Alan Rickman cheats on his wife. So she watched that and Die Hard, and also Harry Potter so she could complete a trifecta of Alan Rickman as a villain.
