Ali Cobrin is hot. Let's just get that out of the way. She's absolutely perfect for this role. She's gorgeous, her character is the girl next door, the costume department has her dressed conservatively (important for the character), and she's got this perfect blend of sexy yet innocent. The way she acts on camera in the film is even perfectly done. She's knows she's got the goods, but also knows doing this is wrong.
The story is that Ali has hit some economic woes and gets a job working in a cam house at a secret location. You remember those? Girls or guys live in the house 24/7 and people can watch them via cameras throughout the house. Anyway, Ali is a natural and fans love her, particularly one guy named Loverboy. (I mean, the moniker alone is a red flag. Never trust someone whose online handle assigns themselves some sort of trait.
) One thing leads to another and Loverboy is embarrassed and exposed, and he thinks Ali did it. As the opening scene of the movie shows, Loverboy is not one to handle humiliation well. Cue bloodbath.
I need to point something out. Loverboy is a computer genius according to the script. He does hardware and software. However, when he's shown at his job, he is using a crowbar to pry between what looks like two rack mounted switches or fiber to ethernet converters. What the actual fuck is he doing? They really had nobody on set that ever touched a computer before? Was this a wink to the audience to remember to not take this too seriously?
Anyway, you will see hot women. You will see butts, boobs, and a touch of gap.
You also won't get completely offended by stupid writing.
This was a decent slasher film.
