As long as we recognize Lucas is washed up and most TV sucks, we'll all get along fine.

Ep 1 is a good start. Some of the directing choices are a little odd to me, but maybe I just need another ep or two.

Thank goodness we got some penis. I was beginning to think it was the 1900s again/

I'm in the middle of The Expanse, or I'd have started it by now.

I'm still only an episode in because my wife wants to watch with me, but one of our daughters has us watching Stranger Things with her.

Regarding your meme, it's something that struck me during that first episode: This is probably a LOT closer to reality than what Marvel and DC put out...

I'm watching the Boys on my own. I don't think my wife would like it, but she might. We're also stuck on ST cuz our oldest is in school (yay fucking year round schools), so by the time the kids are in bed we're too tired for an hour show.

Haley Joel Osment still exists! Actually, now that I saw him in this, I realize he was in Silicon Valley as well for a bit.

I'm 4 or 5 eps in. This shit is dark, and not really a lot of fun.

I like it, but I wish it had a touch more humour.

Finished ep 6. Laser baby was funny. Now afraid to watch 7, because another horrible thing has been hinted at strong and I don't want to see it.

"Like GoT..." I don't know. This show seems to much more full of absolutely psychotic people, Ramsey Bolton not withstanding.

It's not horrible like the thing I think you are talking about (plane?). It's disturbing in a different way... if that helps.

The show feels like how people would really be if they were super heroes. imho.

The thing I am predicting is Captain USA keeps not liking his woman boss's main distraction. The plane happened like 2 eps ago.

IMO, depends on whether or not they were raised by someone like Pa Kent. Clearly, he saw potential problems with being all-powerful, and nurtured Clark's sense of morality.

Capt. USA there... clear suggestions he did not have a nurturing upbringing.

Finished it. Not sure what you mean by the wall moment, unless you mean the weird mother fixation thing.

No... the fish guy.

I must have a failure of imagination cuz I did not see that ending coming.
