Will Ferrell and Amy Poehler have to put a daughter through Bucknell, but the town doesn't come through on a scholarship. Thus, they turn to friend Jason Mantzoukas who comes up with the idea of creating a casino in his house.
Mantzoukas is the best part of the film and this is the least funny he's ever been.
Not that the film doesn't have laughs, it does, they just aren't as often as you'd want in a comedy.
Worth seeing on HBO once for the sparse chuckles, but don't spend a dime to see it.

“Every record been destroyed or falsified, books rewritten, pictures repainted, statues, street building renamed, every date altered. The process is continuing day by day. History stops. Nothing exists except endless present in which the Party is right.”
